Income is the main goal in trading or transacting. Assigning income at other times in the production or service cycle may reflect a better recognition of activities in a period. While specifically the merchant's income is the income received on the number of goods sold multiplied by the price. This study aims to determine the income of accessories traders in Tana Toraja. The data used in this research is primary data using observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is discourse analysis to obtain the income dimensions of accessory traders. The results of this study indicate that the income earned by accessories traders in Tana Toraja is based on the level of conditions that can change the people's standard of living. There are various responses and expectations expressed by accessories traders or the public who have different meanings so that conclusions are drawn using the Creswell setting, and the meaning process picks a premise that becomes a hypothesis and arrives at a conclusion. It was concluded that income is a source that is uncertain or not based on the level of conditions that can change the standard of living of the community. And income is an uncertain source and a definite source of consequence continuous activity.
